WhatsApp that runs your clinic's follow-ups for you
Reminders, visit links, lead bookings, campaigns and patient replies — sent and answered from the same app you consult in.
Quick answer
Which WhatsApp messages are sent automatically?
Booking confirmed, rescheduled and cancelled; the day-before reminder at 6 PM; missed visit; video-call link; payment receipt; medicine dispatched; follow-up due and overdue; unpaid invoice; feedback; birthday wishes; and the post-visit link. Each can be switched on or off in Settings → Notifications → WhatsApp messages.
The problem
Patients live on WhatsApp, but clinics send messages by hand: a reminder typed at night, a prescription photo, a payment request, a "how are you feeling?" that nobody remembers to send. Replies land on one phone, leads wait for someone to notice them, and nobody knows who was told what.
How it works
Messages that send themselves
Appointment confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled; a reminder at 6 PM the day before; a missed-visit note; the video-call link; payment receipt; medicine dispatched; follow-up due and overdue nudges at 15 and 30 days; an unpaid-invoice reminder; feedback and birthday wishes. Switch each one on or off in Settings, with a preview and its cost.
A private link after every visit
After the visit the patient gets one WhatsApp with a private link: their prescription, invoices (with PDF downloads), Pay by Razorpay or your UPI QR, and a button to book the follow-up for the right family member.
Book leads from WhatsApp
A new enquiry from any source reaches the right doctor on WhatsApp with Confirm, Reschedule and Decline buttons. Confirm books the preferred time; Reschedule offers free slots to pick from; the enquirer is told either way.
Campaigns for camps and announcements
Pick an approved campaign message, fill in the date, venue or details, choose all patients, one clinic's patients or those seen recently, and see the recipient count and credit cost before you send. Messages go out in hourly batches with a live delivery report and a Stop button.
Every reply in one inbox
"WhatsApp replies" shows who wrote, what they wrote and which message they answered — with Call, WhatsApp back and Mark handled, one by one or many at once. Photos, voice notes and files patients send are kept and shown right there.
Respectful by design
Patients can reply STOP to opt out (START to come back), promotions go only between 9 AM and 9 PM and only to patients who agreed, and each patient has a daily limit — so a family sharing one number is never flooded.
Why it’s different
Generic WhatsApp tools only blast messages. HomeoAxis sends each message from the event that caused it — a booking, a visit, a dispatch, an unpaid bill — to the right person on a shared family number, and brings every reply back to the clinic. Messages use your clinic's WhatsApp credits.
Frequently asked questions
Which WhatsApp messages are sent automatically?
Booking confirmed, rescheduled and cancelled; the day-before reminder at 6 PM; missed visit; video-call link; payment receipt; medicine dispatched; follow-up due and overdue; unpaid invoice; feedback; birthday wishes; and the post-visit link. Each can be switched on or off in Settings → Notifications → WhatsApp messages.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
No. By default messages go from the HomeoAxis WhatsApp number in your clinic's name, and use your clinic's WhatsApp credits. Templates are approved by WhatsApp before they are used.
Can patients reply?
Yes. Replies reach the clinic in the WhatsApp replies inbox, with who wrote and which message they answered. Photos and voice notes are kept there too.
Can I send a campaign, like a free health camp?
Yes. Choose an approved campaign message, add your details and audience, and you see the recipient count and credit cost before sending. Promotions go only 9 AM–9 PM and only to patients who agreed.
How do patients stop messages?
They reply STOP and the clinic's optional messages stop for that number; START turns them back on. A patient can also switch updates off in the patient app.
