Quick answer

Which homeopathy software should I choose?

HomeoAxis is a cloud clinic system built only for homeopathy, compared here with 14 other products in 5 kinds. HomeoAxis: Of the products compared here, built only for homeopathy, the only one listing the clinic’s own pharmacy stock, courier dispatch of its medicines and a patient app together. HomeoAxis keeps an encrypted offline copy of the clinic's records on every signed-in phone, tablet and PC — readable even when the internet or our server is down. It is read-only: new records wait for the connection. HomeoAxis Pro, the full clinic plan, is ₹2,399 per month billed annually (₹28,790 a year, about ₹79 a day; list price ₹4,799) for 1 clinic and up to 5 logins in all (up to 2 of them doctors). Lite, ₹1,599 per month billed annually, is the clinic-profile-and-leads plan only. Larger plans cover more clinics (Plus, Elite). There is no free plan. Pro, Plus and Elite include every module from the start; Lite opens every module for its first 14 days.

When the internet or the server is down

Software behaves in one of three ways when the internet or the provider's server stops: it was never online (installed on one computer), it stops (cloud only), or it keeps a copy on your device. Here is what each product publishes.

When the internet or the server is down
ProductTypeWhat happens
HomeoAxisCloud — encrypted offline copy on every devicePatient and doctor first: even if the internet and our server are both down, every phone, tablet and PC already signed in keeps an encrypted copy of the clinic's records that person can open — every patient, and for doctors each patient's case history and past prescriptions, plus the last 12 months of invoices, appointments from 30 days back to 60 days ahead, follow-ups, leads and stock — so the consultation can go on. Read-only: new records wait for the connection; a consultation already open stays on screen with what was typed and saves it by itself when the connection returns, as long as that page is not closed or reloaded meanwhile.
RADAR OpusInstalled on one computerInstalled on one Windows or Mac computer, where its patient files are kept (with an encrypted backup to an external drive); they are not on your phone or another computer. It connects to the internet to renew a rental or upgrade. OpusGo, the separate phone app, has the repertory and its own patient files and exports cases to RadarOpus; its Play listing advertises “partial offline capabilities” (“some features need an internet connection”) without saying whether patient files are among them, and its manual says it needs the internet to start and work.
ZomeoInstalled on one computerInstalled on the computer that holds its USB security key (Zomeo LAN shares it on the clinic network); patient records are kept there, not on your phone. The separate Zomeo Mobile App carries repertories and books; patient records in it are not described.
ISIS VisionInstalled on one computerInstalled on one Windows or Mac computer, where patient visits are kept; it needs the internet to activate and now and then to check the licence. Miccant’s pages describe no phone app.
HomeoNetixCloud — limited offline modeCloud software that needs an internet connection for most work, by its own FAQ; a consultation in progress is saved on the device, encrypted, and syncs when the connection returns.
HelloHomeoNot stated publiclyCloud-hosted; what still works when the internet or its server is down is not described on its pages (an install prompt mentioning offline quick billing could not be re-read on 16 Oct 2026).
Similia.ioCloud — limited offline modeCloud app; on a paid Pro plan the installed app keeps recent cases, notes, repertories and books on the device and syncs changes later; AI and semantic search need a connection.
HomeoAICloud — needs the internet and the provider's serverCloud-hosted web app (PWA); no offline mode is published, so records open only while the internet and HomeoAI’s servers are reachable.
PractoCloud — limited offline modeRay runs online in the Amazon cloud; the Practo Pro phone app says you can access your practice offline and sync with the cloud later; which records it keeps is not stated.
Bajaj Finserv HealthCloud — needs the internet and the provider's serverCloud-based software; no offline mode is published, so records open only while the internet and Bajaj Finserv Health’s servers are reachable.
Apollo 24|7Cloud — needs the internet and the provider's serverThe Apollo247 Doctor app and DocVerse are online services; no offline mode is published, so records open only while the internet and Apollo’s servers are reachable.
Jio KiviHealthCloud — limited offline modeCloud software; the KiviDoc phone app says the clinic can be opened offline and synced with the cloud later; which records it keeps, and whether other devices do, is not stated.
HealthPlixCloud — limited offline modeCloud EMR; HealthPlix announced an offline version in which prescriptions are written without a connection and synced later, while its FAQ says it is used “as long as you have connectivity”; which records stay readable offline is not stated.
Doctors AppCloud — limited offline modeCloud software; its Play Store listing names “offline auto-sync” without saying what works offline.
Eka CareCloud — limited offline modeCloud EMR; its EMR page lists “offline support” without saying what works offline.

Which homeopathy software is best in India?

HomeoAxis, HomeoNetix and HelloHomeo are the homeopathy-only clinic systems among the 15 products compared here; the table shows which parts each publishes. For a large repertory on your own computer, RADAR Opus, Zomeo and ISIS Vision are the programs to look at. There is no single best; it depends on the job.

Is there free homeopathy software?

HomeoAxis has no free plan. Pro, Plus and Elite include every module from the start; Lite opens every module for its first 14 days. HomeoAxis does offer a free online repertory at /homeopathy/repertory and a free materia medica at /homeopathy/materia-medica, and the open OOREP repertory is free. Free offers recorded for other products: RADAR Opus, Zomeo, HelloHomeo, Similia.io, HomeoAI, Practo and HealthPlix. Some are separate free apps, not the main software; the price rows say which.

Free online repertory →Free materia medica →

Which homeopathy software still works when the internet or the server is down?

HomeoAxis, 1 of 15 products compared, keeps an encrypted, read-only copy of the clinic's records on each signed-in device; new records wait for the connection. RADAR Opus, Zomeo and ISIS Vision are installed on a computer and work there without the internet (apart from licence checks); patient files are not on your phone, though OpusGo and Zomeo LAN extend RADAR Opus and Zomeo a little. HomeoAI, Bajaj Finserv Health and Apollo 24|7 publish no offline mode; HomeoNetix, Similia.io, Practo, Jio KiviHealth, HealthPlix, Doctors App and Eka Care have a limited one (the table says what each covers); HelloHomeo does not state it publicly.

Which homeopathy software has billing, GST and a pharmacy?

HomeoAxis includes invoices, online payment, an ITR-ready cash book, a GST summary for your CA, and a pharmacy with point of sale and stock with batch and expiry. Of the 14 other products here, Doctors App publicly lists both a pharmacy counter and stock. Read the Billing and Pharmacy rows of the table for each product's own wording.

What do RADAR Opus, Zomeo and ISIS cost in India?

RADAR Opus, Zomeo and ISIS Vision publish these prices, each read on the date shown. RADAR Opus: Rent from €6 to €45 a month (excluding tax), by package and rental length; the lifetime licence price is shown after free registration (as of 16 Oct 2026). Zomeo: Zomeo ₹45,000; Zomeo Ultimate ₹90,000; Zomeo Mobile App ₹44,000; Zomeo LAN ₹1,10,000 + GST (₹15,000 per extra computer) (as of 16 Oct 2026). ISIS Vision: £389 for Vision version 2 (Windows or Mac); extra repertories and materia medica sold separately (as of 16 Oct 2026). Prices change and some are shown only after registration, so confirm with the vendor before you buy.

Which repertory software: RADAR Opus, Zomeo or ISIS?

RADAR Opus by Zeus Soft srl, Zomeo by Hompath and ISIS Vision by Miccant are 3 repertory programs for a Windows or Mac computer. They differ in library size, licence (rental or one-time) and price, listed above, so choose by the books you need. HomeoAxis is not a replacement for a large book library; it is a cloud clinic system with its own repertory and materia medica. Their own pages are linked below.

How do I move my patient records to new software?

HomeoAxis imports a CSV of up to 5,000 patients with a preview and a duplicate check, and can keep your old case numbers; past case histories are not imported. We have not compared other products' export options, so ask your current vendor what it can export. Keep your old software's backup until the new records are checked.

Why do homeopaths need homeopathy software instead of a generic EMR?

Jio KiviHealth, HealthPlix, Doctors App and Eka Care are 4 generic EMRs built for every speciality. None of the 4 generic EMRs compared here publicly lists a repertory, and only Doctors App mentions potencies, on a marketing page. HomeoAxis is built only for homeopathy; the full explanation is linked below.

How we compared

Every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own public website or app-store listing, each linked from its comparison page and dated. "Included" means a public page says the product has it; "Partial" means a public page describes a limited version; "Not offered" means a public page says it does not; "Not stated publicly" means we found nothing either way, which is not the same as "no". We compare only what we could read. HomeoAxis facts were checked against our own product. If a fact about your product is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will correct it and re-date it.
