Quick answer

Is HomeoAxis a good RADAR Opus alternative?

HomeoAxis, 1 of the 15 products compared here, is a cloud clinic system built only for homeopathy. RadarOpus by Zeus Soft is repertory software — best for: Homeopaths who want the largest repertory and materia medica library on a Windows or Mac computer. HomeoAxis is, of the products compared here, built only for homeopathy, the only one listing the clinic’s own pharmacy stock, courier dispatch of its medicines and a patient app together. HomeoAxis Pro, the full clinic plan, is ₹2,399 per month billed annually (₹28,790 a year, about ₹79 a day; list price ₹4,799) for 1 clinic and up to 5 logins in all (up to 2 of them doctors). Lite, ₹1,599 per month billed annually, is the clinic-profile-and-leads plan only. Larger plans cover more clinics (Plus, Elite). There is no free plan. Pro, Plus and Elite include every module from the start; Lite opens every module for its first 14 days.

Choose RADAR Opus if…

  • the size of the repertory and materia medica library matters most to you
  • you work mainly from one Windows or Mac computer
  • you want Synthesis and analysis modules from specific teachers
  • you prefer a lifetime licence to a subscription

Choose HomeoAxis if…

  • you also need appointments, a pharmacy, billing and courier dispatch in the same system
  • your receptionist, junior doctor and pharmacist need their own logins
  • patients should book, pay and follow up through a patient app and WhatsApp
  • you work from a phone, tablet and laptop, not one computer
  • you want an encrypted offline copy of the clinic's records on every signed-in device — read-only — when the internet or our server is down

When the internet or the server is down

When the internet or the server is down
ProductTypeWhat happens
HomeoAxisCloud — encrypted offline copy on every devicePatient and doctor first: even if the internet and our server are both down, every phone, tablet and PC already signed in keeps an encrypted copy of the clinic's records that person can open — every patient, and for doctors each patient's case history and past prescriptions, plus the last 12 months of invoices, appointments from 30 days back to 60 days ahead, follow-ups, leads and stock — so the consultation can go on. Read-only: new records wait for the connection; a consultation already open stays on screen with what was typed and saves it by itself when the connection returns, as long as that page is not closed or reloaded meanwhile.
RADAR OpusInstalled on one computerInstalled on one Windows or Mac computer, where its patient files are kept (with an encrypted backup to an external drive); they are not on your phone or another computer. It connects to the internet to renew a rental or upgrade. OpusGo, the separate phone app, has the repertory and its own patient files and exports cases to RadarOpus; its Play listing advertises “partial offline capabilities” (“some features need an internet connection”) without saying whether patient files are among them, and its manual says it needs the internet to start and work.

Switching from RADAR Opus to HomeoAxis

HomeoAxis imports patients from a CSV file of up to 2 MB and 5,000 rows (rows beyond 5,000 are not read), with a preview before anything is saved. The file needs a name column and a phone column (a 10-digit mobile number); city, address, email, gender and an old case number are optional. If your clinic keeps its own case numbers, the old case numbers are kept as each patient's custom case number, and an old case number that clashes with one already in use is listed and skipped. Rows with no name or an invalid phone are listed and skipped; the same name with the same phone is skipped as a duplicate, while the same phone with a different name is added as a family member. Case histories, prescriptions and invoices are not imported. Pro, Plus and Elite include every module from the start; Lite opens every module for its first 14 days.

We have not compared RADAR Opus's export options, so ask RADAR Opus what it can export as a spreadsheet, and keep its backup until the new records are checked. HomeoAxis does not take over a RADAR Opus database directly.

Questions doctors ask

RadarOpus rents for €6 to €45 a month excluding tax, as of 16 Oct 2026, depending on the package and how many months you rent; a lifetime licence price is shown only after free registration, and no INR price is published. That buys repertory software for one computer. HomeoAxis is priced for the whole clinic, with records, appointments, pharmacy, billing and a patient app, and its current plans are on homeoaxis.com/pricing. Compare what each price includes, not only the number.
